Car Craft Automotive operate with the goal of providing the best auto repair services in the Kelowna area.  They pride themselves on a loyal customer base and having highly trained and specialized technicians. Car Craft Automotive Owner, Tony Diemand, got his start young, growing up on a farm and working on some of their machinery. His family later opened an automotive repair facility, and therefore his transition to becoming a technician was second nature for him.  As an owner, he loves interacting with his customers and figuring out those hard to fix repair problems.
 
Car Craft Automotive is also an active participant in the community, recently preparing 2 vehicles for new Canadian families who moved to the Okanagan area.
 
We asked Tony to give us his best customer tip – and it is worth much more than $2.00 - “It's the twoonie rule.  If you can see the silver part of the twoonie when placed in your winter tire tread, then you will need to replace your winter tires, so keep using them until they are done instead of putting on your summer tires right away.”
