Parts Warranty

WARRANTY INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE IS TO BE USED AS A GUIDELINE ONLY. ENSURE TO VISIT THE ORIGINAL PLACE OF PURCHASE TO CONFIRM AND PROCESS ANY WARRANTY.

Warranty is administered at the point of purchase and is not administered directly by ACDelco Canada. Warranty claims are subject to the warranty details, terms and conditions at the time of purchase, of each individual ACDelco product line. Follow up with the business where the part was purchased as they will be the ones that will be able to determine and process the terms of your warranty, if applicable, and use the information on this page as a guideline only.

Warranty Process
  • To begin any warranty process, verify your part is within the warranty period using your purchaser’s receipt.
  • Contact your original place of purchase to assist in confirming warranty terms and for your warranty replacement (contact the parts supplier, repair facility or other retailer). The purchaser must have proof of purchase from an authorized ACDelco channel partner or repair facility within Canada or the United States.
  • Return the product to the place of purchase, along with the original sales receipt or repair order as proof of purchase.
  • Subsequent replacements under the warranty will receive the balance of the original warranty period.
  • Warranty covers parts replacement only for a product that fails due to a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty coverage period.  Labour costs incurred for inspection, removal or reinstallation are not covered.

See warranty coverage exclusions below.
